Below us there was the breakfast area. We could hear the music when they started the breakfast at 7 or 7.30 am.

Very Good

Location was perfect, close enough to town but also on the beach front. The new roof terrace was perfect.

The rooms had a funny damp smell. The spa was out dated and use of space could of been improved.

Fabulous hotel somewhere which is a bit special

Beautiful hotel right on the beach front. Lovely outdoor area padding pool to cool off and pool. Lovely beds with curtains to chill out on when too hot. Great service sabastine was great. Great choice for breakfast loads of choice. We eat there two evenings which we didn’t intend to do but such lovely food again great choice lovely surroundings. We stayed in seafront junior suite very spacious clean. Quiet and perfect view from balcony. Would definitely stay again. Something special

Just a couple of things we had the junior seafront suite the dividers between each room are just frosted glass to you can hear if anyone is on the next balcony a wee bit intrusive. Also I think if in the evening you are just sitting outside in the restaurant area for a drink they should put a lamp on your table and maybe a tablecloth just to add to your experience.

Lovely relaxing hotel in great location

Clean and well maintained throughout the whole hotel. There were a number of areas for relaxation and as the areas were spacious this created a quiet atmosphere. Spa was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they were a great team. The musical evenings were a welcome bonus and we saw some talented performers. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choice. Location was excellent away from the busy main town but across the road from the impressive beach.

A Twin bed and not a double was provided even though one was requested many weeks prior to the visit. Hardly any storage in the bedroom meant we had to keep our clothes and belonging in suit cases, which also had to be left on the floor as there was no place to put them. For a short stay this would have been inconvenient but for the 7 day stay it was very frustrating. Even the twin beds were on metal frames so it was not even possible to store the cases underneath.

Location right across from beach Pleasant walk into town . Excellent breakfasts with attentive staff.

Staff weren’t as friendly and as helpful as we had experienced in Groupon bottelant. Had the sense they wetware toted at the end of the season- EspeciLly so with reception.

Great, nice clean and relaxing stay.

Very relaxed and clean vibe in hotel. Friendly and helpful sraff. Lots of breakfast options.Only 20min relaxing stroll to harbour and main town. Beachfront and lovely part of the beach too.

Stayed in single room which was absolutely fine. Bed frame could’ve been more sturdy-seemed to move a little when I moved during the night, but not a huge problem. Room was at back, View was ok of hills with only a bit of tiled roof obscuring slightly. Not a problem for myself as got a good price for the single room and I was out hiking/at beach m/relaxing on the lounge beds at front of hotel most of the time. If staying as a couple,I would definitely pay for balcony/sea view.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location.

Lovely hotel. Very central and a wonderful stroll into the centre on the promenade. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel itself beautifully laid out with plenty of sunbeds available. We swam in the sea which is literally across the road, and the beach is clean and well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the prom too. Our room was lovely ,with effective air conditioning and a well maintained bathroom.

When we initially arrived, we were put in a tiny room that opened out onto a shared patio. It had no privacy and we didn't feel that it warrented the price of our stay. However we were moved very quickly to a superior room when we spoke to Daniel at reception.

The nicest place we have ever stayed in in Mallorca but please sort the sea.

The food was lovely , the settng is excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is very clean and a wonderfully relaxing place to stay and would love to return next year.

The reason l only gave 3 stars was the sea water. If you read the local press you will see that there is a problem with E.coli. There are no warning signs. A local woman told me so l asked the life guard and l was told the water is tested by scientists. However, the yellow flag related to the most recent test result which was 3 days ago.She said she couldn't tell me whether it should be red, yellow or green for that day as they just waited for the latest result to be phoned through. There are no warning signs...horrifying. Please sort the sea. We want to return to the hotel next year. She tried to blame it on the rain, but l have been swimming in Puerto Pollenca and Son Baulo for 30 years ( with a brake since COVID) and rain is never a problem. E.coli doesn't originate from rain !

Our stay was lovely & such a beautiful place with lovely people

Very friendly lovely room. Great location. Quiet & close to all amenities.

Requested a front beach view but got a side view, which you could only see the sea if you crocked your neck. Sheets didn’t fit bed properly. And could do more to accommodate people with food allergies.

Wonderful staff disappointing room location having paid a supplement.

Gardens Room was very spacious

We were very Disappointed that although we had paid extra for a room with a lovely partial sea view and the same of the gardens it was so so designed that not once in the day did the sun come on our balcony.
